Delivery - Australia

Standard delivery is free Australia wide for orders over $75. Orders are despatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. In most cases goods are despatched via Australia Post. Your parcel should be delivered within 2-7 business days ( excluding weekends and public holidays). If you are not around when your parcel is delivered, the driver will either leave it in a safe location or leave a card telling you how to collect the parcel later. You can choose to have your parcel delivered express. In most cases it will be despatched by Express Post and you should receive your parcel within 1-2 business days of despatch. Express delivery costs $15 flat.

Delivery - New Zealand

We ship to New Zealand for a flat $20 charge irrespective of the size of the order. Orders are despatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. In most cases goods are despatched via Australia Post. Your parcel should be delivered within 7-14 business days ( excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery - International

At this stage the only International destination that we ship to is New Zealand. We will be adding more destinations shortly.

I have changed my mind

If you would like a different colour or a completely different item, contact our Customer Service team to initiate a refund and place a new order. You could consider getting a store credit as your refund to put towards your next purchase. Alternately you may want to get a full refund if you do not wish to exchange your purchase for another item. You can find more details on our refund policy here

Will you refund my delivery ?

We will not refund the delivery charge if you changed your mind. Delivery will be refunded only if there is a genuine defect with the item. You can find more details on our refund policy here

How do I pay for my order ?

Paying for your orders is very easy and completely safe and secure as we use the worlds most trusted gateway - Paypal. Further information can be found in our Payments Section

Can I buy a gift card ?

We will be shortly providing the facility to buy and gift store gift cards.

How do I update my account information ?

If you have created a store account on our site, you are able to modify and update your account information by navigating to Customer Login.
